🍬 Returns & Refunds Policy
📦 Can I return my sweets?
Due to the nature of our products (food items), we’re unable to accept returns unless the item is damaged, incorrect, or doesn’t match your order. If the sweet bag seals have been broken by the customer to have a sneaky taste, we'll be unable to refund for any reason.
🔄 What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
If your order isn’t quite right—whether it arrived squished, swapped, or with a sweet missing—drop us a message within 3 days of delivery at: michellessweetcreations.uk@gmail.com
We’ll ask for a photo so we can review and make it right ASAP.
🌞 Melted Treats
Unfortunately, we can't refund or replace sweets that have melted due to:
- No one being in or available to receive the parcel
- Couriers leaving it in direct sunlight or a warm spot
We pack everything securely, but once it’s left us, we can't control the weather (we wish we could!). Please consider choosing a cooler-safe location during hot spells.
💸 Do you offer refunds?
Yes—if there’s a genuine issue with your order, we’ll refund or resend the affected items. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
⏱️ How long does it take?
Refunds are typically processed within 5 working days once approved. We'll keep you updated every step of the way.
